Our
forging plant is well equipped with horizontal upset forging presses,
mechanical presses, drop forging hammer, cold coining press to give
flashless and close tolerance automotive forged components. Bar ends are
heated using induction heater equipped with infrared pyrometer which is non
contact type, for continuous online temperature controlling, monitoring and
recording.
To give its products the required quality, Company sources all carbon,
alloy and other types of steels directly from approved steel manufacturers.
The steel procured is subject to rigorous tests to judge its Micro and Macro
Structure, Grain Size, Inclusion Rating, Hardenability, Acting Bar Diameter
analysis and Step Down analysis.
